Sourcing Board's advisors have extensive experience with governance design and managing outsourcing relationships.
Our experience enables us to work closely with clients to develop the appropriate governance framework for their
particular situation. Our framework is focused on preventing value leakage by keeping the value proposed by the
supplier in focus. We help with every step in the process including:
- Transition assistance and governance design
- Training and coaching for key governance roles
- Creation of the governance committees (Roles, Responsibilities, Authority and deliverables)
- Education on the differences between in-house service delivery and governance in an outsourcing relationship
- Assistance with on-going governance support
- Monitoring and validation of key transition milestones and other supplier deliverables.
- Governance health checks and development of corrective action strategies as required.
