Kenneth Hoffman
Kenneth brings over 23 years of experience in senior financial, consulting, service delivery, and
operational roles. For the past six years Kenneth has been an outsourcing consultant advising Global
2000 clients on the development and execution of their sourcing strategies. Kenneth has significant
experience structuring and negotiating complex Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing
(BPO) transactions both as a service provider and as an advisor to clients. Kenneth also brings broad
leadership experience in both financial and operational management.
Prior to his work as an outsourcing consultant, Kenneth was with EDS, AT&T and Sapient. During
his 14 years with EDS, Kenneth held a series of positions with progressively increasing responsibilities.
These positions included serving as the Financial Officer for EDS’ Northeastern U.S. Business Unit
headquartered in New York City ($1.4B in annual revenue) and serving as the Financial Officer for EDS’
Global Financial Markets Group based in New York City ($225M in annual revenue).
In addition to EDS, Kenneth served as a Financial Vice President for AT&T and served as the COO
for Sapient Corporation’s Financial Services Industry Group.
As a Sourcing Advisor, Kenneth has significant experience advising global clients with the development
and execution of their sourcing strategies. He has been an advisor to senior executives on numerous engagements
including strategy and assessment engagements, IT outsourcing engagements, Finance and Accounting BPO engagements
and Contact Center BPO engagements. He has extensive experience evaluating, structuring and negotiating complex
sourcing transactions. Kenneth also brings experience managing the complex financial issues associated with
multi-national and off-shore sourcing transactions.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
