Ms. Blake brings more than 25 years of experience advising global companies on their service delivery
strategies. She has extensive knowledge and insight of organizations in the sourcing marketplace from
working on some of the largest and most complex strategic initiatives in the industry. Ms. Blake is an
accomplished architect of service delivery operating models for shared services and has worked with more
than 50 clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, energy utilities, federal government,
healthcare, technology, entertainment, financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing. Her
expertise spans the domains of outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, and organizational transformation.
Coupled with the responsibility of providing strategic counsel within the firms she was employed, she also
brings experience in the management of unique partner relationships.
- Led design through implementation global shared services of a consumer products corporation. The plan
included service definition, governance, organization design, cost tracking and billing, balanced scorecard,
and service level agreements.
- Developed strategic plans for multiple major corporations in industries such as gas and oil, financial
services, manufacturing, consumer products and transportation covering the areas of business process, knowledge
processing and infrastructure outsourcing.
- Led multiple merger integration initiatives including outsourcing and re-sourcing the largest ITO agreement
within the sourcing industry.
- Consistently provides insight to senior executives across a wide spectrum of clients relating to the
alignment of service delivery operating models with corporate strategies for enhanced competitiveness.
